PRICING
The quoted prices are correct at the time of going to press but cannot be guaranteed for the duration of our catalogues. We therefore reserve the right to change prices without notice.

DELIVERY
We are based in France. All items in stock will be despatched within 3 working days. Items that are not in stock may take longer and will be sent separately as soon as possible. Items that are drop shipped will normaly be dispatched within 5 days of payment. Unless asked for special delivery all items will be sent by regular airmail, 10 working days should be allowed for delivery to the UK or the rest of Europe.

PRICES & PAYMENT
Payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer, or most credit cards via PayPal. Cheques should be made payable to R.Norman

ORDERING IN UK & EEC COUNTRIES
Most items will be sent by carrier. We will always be happy to advise you at the time of ordering.

OVERSEAS
We have an excellent mail order service throughout the world. Goods are shipped by regular mail services and secure courier.

TRADE DESCRIPTIONS
We have tried to ensure that the descriptions in this catalogue are correct and comply with the Act. However, should any customer think that there is any misrepresentation whatsoever, will they please inform us so that the matter can be amended for future editions of our catalogue.

RETURNS
If you purchase items from us which we hold in stock we will be prepared to accept returns within 14 days if the items ordered are not correct or defective, postage generaly will not be refunded.

If you make purchases from us that include drop shipping, returns will not generaly be accepted after payment has been processed and goods dispatched.
